ProposalTemporary use of mobile construction cranes and aerial lifts, not to exceed 250 feet above ground level (AGL), in support of construction of the MILA test site at Cape Canaveral, FL. All mobile cranes and lifts will operate within the defined construction bounding box (NAD83) established by the following four corner coordinates:

Cranes and lifts are temporary and mobile and will be marked with high-visibility flags in accordance with FAA Advisory Circular 70/7460-1M. This single application covers all mobile crane and lift operations within the bounding box. Anticipated duration of use is approximately 180 days. All equipment will be lowered or relocated as construction progresses and fully removed upon completion of the construction phase.
